Zenith Restaurant
Zenith Restaurant combines contemporary cuisine, carefully selected ingredients and a stylish setting. The menu features a variety of meat specialities, fresh salads, starters and desserts, prepared with attention to flavour and presentation. Fresh and local produce plays an important role in the menu, and a curated wine list complements every meal.
The interior, in warm earthy tones, creates a cosy and elegant atmosphere, suitable both for a dinner for two and for shared moments with family and friends. Attentive service completes the experience and lets you enjoy your chosen dishes at leisure.
In winter, the restaurant’s outdoor garden offers heated igloos where you can enjoy dinner in comfort amid Bansko’s winter atmosphere. We recommend booking in advance for your preferred time and table.

Elysium
Start your day at Elysium Restaurant with a rich American-style buffet breakfast. In the evening, Elysium offers themed buffets inspired by different culinary traditions. European, Italian, Bulgarian and Greek cuisine all feature, while grill nights and Premier’s special gala dinners add even more variety.
Buffet service gives you the freedom to try different dishes and create your own menu — a convenient choice for families and guests with varied tastes.

Lobby Bar
The lobby bar welcomes you in a cosy and stylish setting, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The menu offers light meals and a wide range of hot and cold drinks and cocktails.
The comfortable interior makes it a pleasant place for relaxed conversation and meeting friends. Unwind here after a day in the mountains or spend a quiet evening at the hotel. Shisha lovers can also complete their stay with a flavour of their choice.

Authentic Restaurant will add authentic Bulgarian cuisine, quality ingredients and a variety of homemade products to the culinary offer of Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. The concept puts familiar Bulgarian flavours and careful preparation at its heart.
The menu will feature dishes inspired by traditional cuisine, with an emphasis on the choice of ingredients and the homemade character of the food. Authentic will be the hotel’s second à la carte restaurant — another place to share a dinner and discover Bulgarian culinary traditions.
