Fully Renovated in 2025

Premier Luxury Mountain Resort

The five-star Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko was acquired by Global Invest Holding in 2024 and fully renovated in 2025. The renovation covers every part of the hotel — from the rooms and apartments to the lobbies, restaurants and relaxation areas.

Among the main highlights is the brand-new spa centre with 6 indoor and 3 outdoor pools, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, a hammam, Turkish bath, Roman bath, salt room and massage rooms. The new gym and more than 1,200 m² of indoor and outdoor kids’ areas add to the options for an active and family holiday.

The fully renovated lobbies offer elegant spaces for meeting and relaxing. A new pool bar and an area with more than 100 sun loungers have been created around the outdoor pools, with open views of Pirin.

The culinary experience is enhanced by the expanded Elysium Restaurant and the main à la carte restaurant, Zenith — a boutique restaurant with an exceptionally luxurious interior, contemporary cuisine and a curated wine list. A new building with 30 apartments and a second à la carte restaurant, Authentic, which is opening soon, has also been added to the hotel.

The complete renovation creates the feeling of a brand-new hotel, combining contemporary luxury, a wide range of amenities and the mountain atmosphere of Bansko.

With more than 1,200 m² of indoor and outdoor play space, Premier Luxury Mountain Resort offers one of the largest kids’ areas in Bansko. Four separate zones provide a wide range of fun — from games with entertainers and creative activities to a kids’ cinema and outdoor adventures. Our young guests can find their favourite spot and enjoy a holiday full of new friendships and happy moments.

Zone 1

Kids' Club with Entertainers

A space for children up to 8 years old, with plenty of play equipment, a trampoline and a quiet drawing corner. Active games alternate with creative activities, and every child can choose what to do according to their interests and mood.

Our entertainers run a children’s programme every day from 11:00 to 23:00. With organised games and activities, they turn the stay into a shared experience in which children interact, create and have fun together.

Children under 3 are admitted only when accompanied.

Zone 2

Games Room

The games room offers fun for children of all ages and a chance for the whole family to spend time together. A variety of token-operated games, billiards and table football make for friendly competitions and shared play.

This is the place for one more round, a new challenge or easy fun between the other activities at the hotel. The variety of games means there is something for everyone — younger guests, teenagers and their parents alike.

The games room is open 24 hours a day.

Kids' Cinema

The kids’ cinema complements the active fun with time for favourite stories and adventures on screen. The dedicated space lets our young guests immerse themselves in the world of children’s films and share the fun of watching with other children.

It is a nice choice for a calmer break between games and creative activities. The cinema adds even more variety to a family holiday and offers indoor entertainment whatever the weather.

The kids’ cinema is open every day from 11:00 to 23:00.

Outdoor Playground

The outdoor kids’ area offers space for movement, games and little adventures in the fresh air. Swings, slides, tunnels and other play equipment encourage children to explore, invent their own games and have fun together.
