Indoor Pools
Give yourself time to unwind and recharge at our spa and wellness centre. Warm indoor and outdoor pools, a variety of saunas, massages and cosy relaxation areas come together for a truly restful stay with views of the Pirin Mountains.
Hydromassage Jacuzzi Pool
Relax in the warm water of our hydromassage jacuzzi pool. Measuring 10 × 4 metres with a water temperature of 38°C, it offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the hydromassage. The water jets add to the sense of relaxation and make it a highlight of your spa experience. Ideal after an active day in the mountains, or whenever you simply want to slow down and take some time for yourself.
Main Swimming Pool
The main indoor pool combines room to swim with a comfortable water temperature of 32°C. At 16 metres long and 6 metres wide, it is perfect both for keeping up your swimming routine and for gentle movement in the water. Being indoors, the pool can be enjoyed whatever the season or the weather outside. Start your day with a swim or end it with a relaxing time in the water.
Medium Pool
The medium indoor pool measures 6 × 6 metres and has a water temperature of 32°C. It is a good choice for guests who prefer a calm dip and light movement. The space is ideal for pleasant moments in the water and for resting between visits to the other spa facilities. Include it in your route through the wellness centre or take extra time for unhurried relaxation.
Children's Pool Area
Our youngest guests have their own pool area measuring 6 × 2.5 metres, with a water temperature of 33°C. The warm water creates pleasant conditions for play and first swimming experiences. Here, time at the spa can become a shared family experience full of movement and fun. Children use the area under the direct supervision of a parent or accompanying adult.
Two Cold Plunge Pools
The two indoor plunge pools are kept at 8–10°C and offer a quick cool-down after the sauna or steam room. The contrast between heat and cold water is a distinctive part of the traditional spa experience. They are intended for a short dip, according to your personal comfort and tolerance of cold. After cooling down, continue with a rest in the relaxation area.
Roman Bath
The Roman bath offers warm water at 38°C and a chance to fully unwind. It is perfect for those moments when you want to set activity aside and simply enjoy being in the water. Add it to your spa visit after a swim or between the other facilities. The pleasant warmth completes your relaxation and lets you enjoy your time without rushing.
Open-Air Spa
Outdoor Pools & Relaxation Areas
The outdoor area combines pools, relaxation spaces and open views of the Pirin Mountains. Facing east, south and west, it lets you enjoy the changing light and atmosphere throughout the day. In winter, the warm water makes for a memorable open-air experience, while in summer the area is the natural place for swimming, sunbathing and lounging by the pools.
Relaxation Pool with Hydromassage Jets
Enjoy the combination of warm water, hydromassage and views of Pirin. The relaxation pool measures 12 × 6 metres, with a water temperature of 37°C in winter and 34°C in summer. The hydromassage jets enhance the feeling of relaxation, while the open-air setting brings you closer to the mountain atmosphere. In the colder months, the contrast between the warm water and the crisp air makes your time here especially enjoyable.
Large Swimming Pool
The large outdoor pool is 13 metres long and 6 metres wide — room to swim and stay active in the open air. The water is kept at 37°C in winter and 32°C in summer to suit the season. Here you can combine time in the water with views of Pirin and the pleasure of being outdoors. The pool is suitable both for a few laps and for a more leisurely time in the water.
Children's Pool in Summer, Plunge Pool in Winter
This pool changes its purpose with the seasons. In summer, with a water temperature of 34°C, it welcomes our youngest guests for play and fun under the direct supervision of an adult. In winter, the water is kept at 8–10°C and the pool is used for a quick cool-down after the outdoor sauna. Its location right next to the sauna makes switching from heat to cold easy for lovers of the contrast spa experience.
Over 100 Sun Loungers
More than 100 sun loungers are set around the outdoor pools, adding to the options for relaxing in the open air. Choose your spot for sunbathing, reading or a quiet break between swims. The views of Pirin and the closeness of the pools make this a lovely place to linger. Spend your time here at your own pace — with a book, a favourite drink or in the company of your loved ones.
Poolside Bar
The poolside bar completes your day with a choice of food, drinks and shisha. Take a break for something tasty or enjoy a drink while spending the day in the outdoor area. Its convenient location lets you combine time by the water with easy conversation and pleasant moments with company. Whether you stop by for a short break or stay longer, the bar is part of the poolside atmosphere.
Outdoor Sauna
The outdoor sauna adds one more experience to your time by the pools. Located right next to the pool used for cooling down in winter, it lets you easily alternate between warming up and a short dip in cold water at 8–10°C. Afterwards, continue relaxing in the igloos or in the warm outdoor pools. This way you can combine the different parts of the spa area at your own pace.
Heated Igloos with Fireplace
Right by the outdoor pools, heated igloos with a fireplace and soft bean bag chairs await you. A comfortable temperature of around 26°C makes them a cosy retreat on cold days. Settle in and enjoy the panoramic view of Pirin between dips in the warm water. The igloos complete the winter experience with warmth, tranquillity and the chance to stay close to the pools.
Yoga Area
The dedicated yoga area offers space for movement, stretching and time for yourself. It complements your stay at the wellness centre with the opportunity to include your own yoga practice or light exercise in your daily routine. Use it for a calm start to the day or to get moving after hours of relaxation. Combine your practice with visits to the pools and relaxation areas as you like.

Saunas & Steam
Infrared Sauna
Uses infrared heaters that warm the body directly. It offers gentler heat and a lower air temperature than a traditional Finnish sauna.
Finnish Sauna
A classic sauna with high temperature and low humidity. The dry heat adds to the feeling of relaxation after a swim or workout.
Aroma Sauna
Combines heat with pleasant aromas that create a calm atmosphere for sensory relaxation.
Steam Room
A room with warm steam and high humidity, ideal for quiet rest and relaxation.
Baths & Salt Room
Turkish Bath
A warm, steam-filled room with dedicated seating. Water for pouring over yourself completes the traditional experience and lets you alternate between warming up and refreshing.
Hammam
A separate room with two treatment beds, designed for hammam rituals, foam massages and exfoliating scrub treatments.
Salt Room
A space with salt surfaces and a calm atmosphere, designed for rest and relaxation.
Panoramic Relaxation Area
A warm and cosy area with panoramic views over the pools — ideal for resting between spa treatments. The view of the pools allows parents to keep an eye on their children, while young children must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
